The Next2me Magic, which was shortlisted for the Best Cot, Crib or Moses Basket at the 2021 Mother&Baby Awards, is also somewhat larger, but is still relatively compact and easy to attach to your bed. Georgina also found it easy to set up however she was disappointed that the instructions could have been more clear about the zips. Easy to clean If you're considering bedside cribs and travel cots, look for ones that have a removable mattress cover that can be machine-washed. This will keep it clean and free of dribbles spit-up, and leaky diapers. It's important to choose one that can be disassembled and dismantled in parts, so that you can access every nook and cranny to conduct an extensive cleaning and sanitising session. This is important, as it's the best way to make sure that all germs and dirt have been removed. Verify that the sides of the crib are secure to ensure that your baby doesn't fall off or be trapped.
